CLARIFICATION TEXT ON SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE WORKPLACE

As EnPOS Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, we attach importance to the protection of your personal data. With this Clarification Text, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), we would like to inform you about the procedures and principles we follow in the recording and processing of data through audio and video recording devices / systems in the workplaces of our company and the rights and freedoms you have under the Law.

1 – Data Controller

This text has been prepared by EnPOS Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi in the capacity of data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

2 – Purposes for which your personal data will be processed

Audio and video recordings are made with audio and video recording devices around the building and inside the building in order to ensure the safety of our company’s management offices and all work and working places, property and life, and to supervise the legitimate commercial activities of the company, and the relevant recordings are supervised by authorized and authorized personnel of our company.

3 – Personal Data Collection Methods

Recordings are collected and processed by automatic and non-automatic means from audio and video recording devices.

4 – Legal Reason

The legal basis for the collection of the personal data in question is stated in Article 5 of the KVKK,

It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; and
Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5 – To whom and for what purposes your personal data may be transferred

Such personal data may be transferred to authorized persons and institutions, judicial and administrative authorities and, if necessary, to security units for the purpose of resolving legal disputes.

6 – Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
